ST Enterprises LLC

Acquiring Proven U.S. Industrial Assets. Building Durable Value.

Company Description

ST Enterprises LLC is a special purpose acquisition vehicle formed to acquire and operate two established specialty industrial processing facilities in the southeastern United States: Apex Precision Components LLC (Greenville, SC) and Southern Industrial Solutions LLC (Charlotte, NC). The company acquires proven, cash-flowing industrial assets and applies operational improvements to increase margins and long-term value.

U.S. manufacturing is experiencing a structural reshoring wave driven by defense supply chain demands, semiconductor policy, and supply chain risk reduction post-COVID. Specialty industrial facilities with long customer relationships and government-grade certifications (NADCAP, ISO 9001:2015) are in high demand and command acquisition premiums.

ST Enterprises targets lower-middle-market facilities with $15M–$40M in TTM revenue, owned by retiring founders or fragmented family operators — a segment with limited institutional competition. Combined portfolio: $28.4M TTM revenue, $6.1M EBITDA (21.5% margin), 36 years of operating history, 270,000 sq ft across two facilities, ~280 employees.

Mission Statement

To acquire and operate proven U.S. specialty industrial facilities, creating durable value through operational excellence and long-term stewardship.
