Steven Taracevicz is the Founder and CEO of Equilibria, where he leads the company’s mission to modernize how businesses raise capital and how investors access private market opportunities. A former United States Marine Corps Flight Officer and Communications Officer, Steven combines military discipline, entrepreneurial leadership and deep capital markets experience to build platforms designed for efficiency, transparency and scale.

After his honorable discharge from the Marine Corps, Steven served as a Profit and Loss Manager at Thyssen, where he launched and grew two businesses focused on U.S. government contracting in the steel and plastics sectors. He was also one of the five founding members of North American Technologies Group, Inc. (NATK), a NASDAQ-listed biotechnology company, and later founded Executive Consulting & Testing, Inc. (ECT), a technology consulting firm serving clients including SAIC, the U.S. Air Force and Panasonic.

Steven’s capital markets background includes roles as an equity research analyst at Seidler AMDEC and Wedbush Morgan, covering oil and gas, technology, consumer products and retail food. He has also advised companies such as STC Biotech in Korea and Pacific Capital Group in Los Angeles, and founded Aurora Capital Strategies, Ltd., an investment firm focused on middle-market capital formation, venture and angel investing, secondary transactions, buyouts and exit strategies.

An accomplished aviator with more than 13,800 flight hours across 12 aircraft types, Steven continues to serve as a Boeing 747-400 commercial pilot. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, with Distinction, from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA in Finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He is the proud father of four sons and divides his time between Los Angeles, Basel and Stuart, Florida.
